CX After Hours
The CX podcast that speaks honestly.
CX After Hours is a podcast exploring the realities of customer experience in ecommerce. It features conversations with CX leaders and operators about customer relationships, support, AI, automation, retention and the changing role of CX.
The challenge
Yuma wanted to build authority in the customer experience space — not by talking about their product, but by hosting the kind of candid, after-hours conversation CX leaders actually want to have.
The creative idea
What if a CX podcast felt like the conversation after the conference, not the one on stage?
CX After Hours pairs Guillaume Luccisano, founder of Yuma.ai, with Anya Kelly, an experienced fractional CX leader. hapi identified and recruited Anya to bring a practitioner's voice to every episode — someone who lives and breathes CX, not just reports on it.
The editorial focus is on real operator stories: the difficult decisions, the trade-offs and the actionable lessons that come from doing the work — not generic CX commentary or product pitches. Every episode is built around honest, practical conversations that practitioners can actually learn from.
The work
What we made.
From editorial strategy and guest development to production, publishing and distribution, hapi manages CX After Hours end to end.
Each conversation becomes more than an episode. It's the starting point for video clips, articles and social content that help Yuma.ai reach its audience across multiple channels.
